BIP Report output is not syncing with OIC

Hi,

I have created an OIC integration with multiple BIP reports as per requirement. When there's an addition or removal of any column from BIP report, the same is not being reflected in OIC, even though I have changed the file reference that I'm passing in the STAGE adapter. Sometimes it's taking a day to reflect changes and even then it's not consistent. Sometimes the change (new column) is reflected and sometimes it doesn't, It's not consistent. The only solution I have to create a new Data Model and corresponding new BIP report. Has anyone faced such issue and if yes,
