How to update existing Customer details by using FBDI Template

Description (Required):

We had a requirement from business side,

Business have many existing customers and also some of the New customers. New customers they have to create by both Manually and FBDI (19 sheet) Template.

How to update existing Customer details (Late charges, etc.,) by using FBDI Template

Use Case and Business Need (Required):
Business requirement is incase any new site or existing site level some changes required then they want to update the same through FBDI Template.

If customers are created by FBDI then they can able to update the details by using FBDI, but existing old customers how can we achieve the same?
