Locked out of my account for MFA lost, Tenancy shows inactive while Chat support tried resetting MFA
Summary: MFA lost with phone, I see tenancy status "Inactive" & chat support tried resetting MFA several times but to no avail. How do I get back into my account.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): I tried asking for Bypass code several time. However, I think chat support is not authorized to share that. I went through several posts with the same issue, but there are no solution as of yet for it. Several people pointed at chat support but they ended up resetting MFA several time but yet the above "notification has been sent to SM… " thingy never goes away. As far as I know Chat support can't disable the MFA in my account.
