Decentralized email flag and distribution for WACS Accelerators

The error notification of 6 WACS Accelerators are centralized in OUTL-BRT-WACS_FPRC_ConfigProps.email_flag property.

Request:

Foreach of the 6 Accelerators, add an integration property that allows me to override the email_flag value; this way I can control at integration level what accelerator sends or not email notifications

Pain point:

Because of a WACS bug every hour my users are getting flooded with emails from one of the 6 accelerators. I cannot turn off the email_flag for that particular integration… turning if off, is turning off for all of them causing valid emails to be missed
