Hi Team,

We have set up the Digital Assistant in our SAAS environment. However, when users access the ODA chat widget within this SAAS instance, they encounter a prompt asking them to "Please sign in to the Oracle Application." While this behavior has been noted in the paired IDCS instance, it's a new and confusing experience for users on the SAAS side. Currently, we are working with an extended Digital Assistant that remains in draft status. Could you advise whether publishing the Digital Assistant will resolve this issue?
