Make recommended configuration warnings/notices all dismissible

Many configuration recommendations or "wizards" include the option to "not show again" or "dismiss" but not all. For existing configurations that may have valid configuration but not necessarily configuration exactly aligned with what the Console might assume is the choice, leaving a warning on the screen permanently is disheartening at the least (i.e. permanently saying "wrong!" or "missing!" vs. presenting a warning and letting the user choose to heed as written or ignore and move forward).

This is done VERY well with Stack Monitoring configuration manager which allows for outside Dynamic Group and Policy configurations.

OS Management Hub on the other hand, perpetually says "might have a Policy issue" with a big button there to "fix" the problems. More than once I've had customers who've clicked buttons like this then are permanently saddled with a spare policy (i.e. was not required) they are afraid to remove.
