Eloqua CX Sales : What to do when a Field is not showing in App Actions, but only in Imports
Working with Eloqua , I often get the following question : “I have a field created in CX Sales and I can see it when I create an Import , but not when I create an Action, why is that ? “
This is an issue that can easily be investigated by the customer itself without needing to reach out to Oracle support with a few easy steps as I will describe in this article.
There are three possible causes for this not to be seen in the Actions menu:
- The field does not have the “allowChanges” parameter set to “always”
- The field does not have the “updatable” and “searchable” / "queryable" parameters set to “true”
