Symptoms

Ksplice update for applying userspace patch is failing with the following error:

Ksplice was unable to patch the process due to an internal error.
Please contact ksplice-support_ww@oracle.com with a debug log.
Extra information: glibc check arena_list_lock_islocked failed with error 1:
