Inquiry Regarding Notification to Collaboration Team Members in Oracle Cloud Sourcing Negotiations

Summary:

We would like to inquire about the notification functionality in Oracle Cloud Sourcing module related to collaboration members.

In our current process, Purchase Requisitions(PR) for specific Categories or Items are created by the Production Management team with the 「Negotiation Required」 checkbox enabled. These requisitions are then converted into Negotiations by the buyer(Procurement Team).

As part of the Negotiation setup, the Buyer includes the original PR requester (typically from the Production Team) in the Collaboration Team for that negotiation with View Only access.

Our Business requirement is that the PR requester should be notified of key negotiation activities such as:
