Concatenated Result of Two Fields in the Select Single dropdown

How to get the Concatenated Result Two Fields in the Select Single dropdown.

We have a SDP variable defined to get the list of values (dropdown) of the Employee_Number field . We have another field Employee_Comments.

We need to show the Concatenated Result as Employee_Number/Employee_ Comments in the Drop Down.
