New Roles at Contract level

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement from my Project

Is it possible to create a new custom role at the contract level during the contract creation process in Oracle Fusion ? We need to provide specific users with the defined access as mentioned below with defined access.

New Roles at Contract level
Contract Owner-Full Access
Contract Sponsor- Read Access
Vendor Manager- Read Only Access

If so , could you please guide me through the the steps to configure this role along with the specific privileges to be added in the custom role to provide read only access.
