How to load Concur SAE Extract file into a ATP table using OIC

Hi Team,

We have got a requirement to do a file to table integration by consuming the Concur SAE file extract file into a DB table and use it for multiple integrations in OIC. Is there any best practises for this requirement? How to load this file into OIC? The SAE file is an extract file which has the format of an extract header and detail lines below the header line and has about 400 columns.

We need to consider the first line as Header info and rest of the lines as Line info.

Please advise with tips or ideas to load this file to Database using an OIC integration.
