Web Chat for Services (WCFS)

Hi.

I am configuring WCFS and the basic Chat is working. I am trying to do some branding/customization and appreciate any help on this.

  1. The Chat Icon is appearing on the bottom right of the calling page. How do i change the position to center or any other location of the page. I see 'embedded' option in the engagement engine component settings. Is this the option to position the Chat ? Currently, i am using the basic script in the calling page.
