Org chart customizations

Summary:

Hello, I'm looking for information on how to make some customizations to the Org Chart. I would like to either change the dimensions of all of the org chart boxes or make a change to the display order of the fields that display in the Org Chart. I have checked the HCM Design Studio and the Page Composer but neither of them provides the ability to make the changes I'm attempting to do.
