OAC session variables from IDCS

Description (Required): OAC ability to get IDCS user properties from session variables.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
With TCM, where should we get company organization hierarchy. Can this be store/sync with IDCS? Can OAC get these values using system session variables and used in datalevel security requirement. If requirement is not complex, we don't need to load Org Hierar into DW. Global userID where all applications is the same. Some simple thing like, Country. USERLOCALE and WEBLANGUAGE don't seem to populate from IDCS.

TCM should be added with Session variables and repository variables to allow the users to have Enterprise level features on the browser.
New SMML semantic Model could solve the problem to use Repository and session variables. VALUEOF("NQ_SESSION.user") variable in the physical connections can leverage DB level user security model. This will solve the data level security requirement as well

need additional info not only NQ_SESSION.USER. Another way is if we can call API and set session variables
