You can use export and import or archive and unarchive depending on whether you are using dv or classic.

You can correctly observe the permissions in the DV. It might be helpful to open a support ticket to address the issue of viewing permissions accurately in the classic version.

Hi, the union operation is not available in the Semantic Model Extensions UI. I would recommend to create the union in the database. You might be able to use the External Applications for the dimensions union in rpd.

Hi, good question. Custom schemas are fully managed by the customer. They could exist before the activation of functional areas and after the reset. The reset manages only the out of the box tables.

Hi, External applications are not supported unless it can be built on top Autonomous Data base. You have the option to use FDI connectors for FCCS or export to ADW via available tools. It is recommended to user dataset option. Then you can access the dataset in OAC using a connector the embedded ADW or use the dataset in the Semantic Model Extensions.

You cannot connect FDI BIP to the Fusion Application Transactional database. However, you can create reports in FA using BIP and bring that report content into FDI using BIP connector in FDI. You can schedule it to refresh frequently, but it is not real time.

It is documented as follow: Enterprise calendar related columns are added under Time Dimension. All time options seen in the reporting layer are based off the calendar that you select as the parameter value in the reporting configuration.
