Creation and validation of new customers (new)

Effective March 24th, 2025, Oracle Partner Store (OPS) has enhanced the process for creating and reviewing new customers to ensure accurate public sector values are selected. Partners submitting new orders or requests with new customers will be informed via a message in OPS that new customer creation and validation will take approximately one business day to complete.

Where an incorrect customer public sector value has been selected, carts will fail the review and be closed. Valid carts will seamlessly pass post review and continue to process.

Subsequent Year Support Fee (new)

Partner Full Use Support Business Practices oblige partners to communicate the Subsequent Year Support Fee to customers. To facilitate this, Subsequent Year Support Fee will now be displayed on all standard transactions, irrespective of the selected Support Term.

Extension of Validity of Non-Standard Commercial Terms (new)

The validity of non-standard commercial terms which were offered to an Oracle PartnerNetwork (“OPN”) member last quarter for distributing the products and/or services listed to an end user customer pursuant to a valid Oracle distribution agreement, has been extended. For more details, click here.
