Auto Renew process
Auto Renew is an opt in process under which the support period for a selected renewal will be automatically extended for an additional support period.
► Auto Renew flow
The initial Renewal Order email is delivered 120 days prior to expiration, a reminder email is delivered 60 days prior to expiration and the renewal is Auto Renewed and automatically invoiced 30 days prior to expiration.
The Bill To Details and Payment Method can be updated on the Renewal up until 32 Days before the Start Date of the Renewal.
The Renewal can be removed from the Auto Renew Process on My Support Renewals up until 32 Days before the Start Date of the Renewal.
Oracle Linux and Oracle VM Renewals can only be removed from Auto Renew up until 60 Days before the Start Date of the Renewal.
► Updating the Bill To Details on an Auto Renew Renewal
Go to the Support Service Renewal Summary page and click on the “Update Bill To Details” link which can be found under the current Bill To Details.
The Bill To Details on an Auto Renew Renewal can be updated until 32 days before its Start Date.

► Update the Payment Options on an Auto Renew Renewal
Go to the Support Service Renewal Summary page and click on the “Change” link which can be found under the current Payment Information.
The Payment Method on an Auto Renew Renewal can be changed up until 32 days before its Start Date.
The Payment Information on Auto Renew Renewals defaults to Invoice. If the Payment Method is not changed, an invoice will be sent approximately 30 days before the Start Date of the Renewal.
